The gentleman running this business is exactly what embodies the spirit of a Canadian. He was willing to correct any issues, send replacements at no cost, and keep stronger communication than any business owner I’ve ever worked with. This purchase was not my first with this company and absolutely will not be my last. I would absolutely recommend these products to anyone within the justice industry or anyone in need of well made belt product. I am already referring him to many of my colleagues due to how excellent the product and the customer service was. Keep up the amazing work my guy! I can’t wait to see where this takes you!
