Our FlexMesh Tactical Vest Airflow Panel is designed in the same shape as a standard bulletproof plate insert, but instead of stopping bullets, this panel helps stop overheating and excessive sweat build-up under your vest. Made from durable TPU polymer that mimics the flexibility of rubber, this mesh panel sandwiches right between your vest and your uniform shirt. It lifts your vest slightly off your chest, letting air move freely under it to keep you cooler and more comfortable during long shifts.

The material is impact and chemical resistant and will not stay wet, making it easy to clean and reuse daily. It’s flexible and soft enough not to dig into your body but rigid enough so your vest won’t squash it flat. The flat sides are engineered with a subtle grip texture to hold onto your uniform shirt and the back of your vest so the panel stays in place and doesn’t slip out while you move.
