I have to wear body armor for work so I purchased this product to try to stay cool in the summer months. It arrived on time and was functioning when I tried it out. The seller has excellent customer service -- They reached out to be sure I liked the product and to see if I had any questions. Solid product and solid seller. I work as a Correctional Officer and conventional passive vest coolers just do nothing if there isn't a breeze. needless to say, there isn't a breeze in a jail. This thing is tough enough to take a beating, small enough to fit on a belt comfortable and still somehow quiet and strong enough to keep me dry. Long story short, its worth the buy. 5 stars.
