How Our Ordering Process Works
All of our products are made to order. Once your purchase is completed, your order is added to our production queue.
Each product is then manufactured and hand-assembled according to the specific options and variations you selected. Once completed, your order is carefully packaged and shipped directly to you.
Because our products are made specifically for each customer, we do not offer next-day production or shipping. Production times may vary depending on order volume and product customization.
How Your Order Is Processed
Ordering a Gift?
We recommend placing your order 6–8 weeks in advance to allow sufficient time for production and delivery.
During busy holiday seasons, we strongly encourage ordering even earlier to avoid disappointment.
