Manufacturing & Quality Disclaimer
All GEAR182 products are designed, manufactured, and hand-assembled in Brampton, Ontario, Canada using additive manufacturing.
Due to the nature of additive manufacturing, minor visual blemishes can occur during the manufacturing process. These are cosmetic only — typically small surface variations in areas of the product that are not exposed or front-facing during normal use.
Every product is inspected for defects after manufacturing, and we perform in-depth testing to verify performance and structural integrity. A product with a minor visual blemish on a non-front-facing area — one that does not affect structural integrity or performance — will still be assembled and shipped.
What this means for you:
- Your gear will perform exactly as designed.
- Any cosmetic variation is limited to areas you don't see during normal use.
- If a blemish ever affects function, fit, or structural integrity, the product does not ship. Period.
If you ever have a concern about the condition of your product, contact us and we'll make it right.
