Excellent quality and appears like it will hold up well. The price is pretty high and the item is larger than I thought it would be, but I believe it is definitely worth it! Will have to see if it lasts and truly holds up for my work. I have to carry Narcan on me and this case fits one cartridge perfectly!

Slightly bulky but does the job.
I was worried about flimsiness, as I’ve had soft packs before and the Narcan eventually got crunched and unusable.
This seems to be extremely sturdy. I also think it will not be a problem staying closed - the silver button snap closure seems reliable.
One note to other buyers. I had trouble extracting the narcan from the device as it was such a tight fit (pack may be swollen because of elevation I’m at). I made a pinhole in the foil packaging, let out the air, and now everything fits perfectly.
Would definitely recommend it - it’s as low profile as I believe it gets, and is ideal for the person who wants to EDC in street clothes.
